A notebook that belonged to a relegated politician at Patagonia's Insular territory during Pinochet’s dictatorship is found 35 years later by his niece. This written testimony tells us about the estrangement that remoteness can produce and how it was for him to relate to the other people at the island. He goes deeper and deeper into another way of life, another time, focused on the ocean and navigating waterways of the Patagonia zone.
