Diego Soto (1993, Rancagua, Chile) is a filmmaker trained at the Chilean Film School and holds a degree in Documentary from the Academia de Humanismo Cristiano University. He is the director of the short documentaries '¿Cómo se llega a la moneda?' (FIDOCS 2019) and 'Dos octubres', and the feature films 'Un fuego lejano' (Transcinema 2019) and 'Muertes y maravillas' (awarded at BAFICI, FICValdivia, and FIDOCS 2023). In 2025, he released the film 'La Corazonada'.
