A child's drawing that is a precious treasure. This is the memory of touch that is appreciated in Teresa Arredondo's film, the examination of the tangible that evokes, like a spell, the intangible. Reflecting on the grief of her father's death, the memories make this film a bittersweet journey through those small immortalizations. It meanders, comes and goes, recounts family anecdotes, impossible journeys, and distant loves, but, above all, it speaks of the echoes we leave in people; here, the connection with her son Simón is one of the film's most luminous clues and reveals how that relationship permeates this exploration of materiality and memory.

Teresa Arredondo (Lima, Peru) lives in Santiago, Chile. She holds a Master's degree in Creative Documentary from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). 'Sibila' (2012) is her first feature film. She co-directed 'Las cruces' (2018) with Carlos Vásquez Méndez, which premiered at FIDMarseille and received a special mention, screened at over 40 festivals, and won 14 awards. 'Esa otra selva blanca' (2025) is her third feature film. She is currently working on a new film.
