Karin Cuyul is a Chilean filmmaker and producer, and co-founder of Pequén Producciones. In 2019, her debut feature film, "Historia de mi nombre" (History of My Name), had its world premiere at the Rotterdam Film Festival, where it received a Special Mention. The documentary was also part of the FIDOCS 2019 National Competition. In 2023, she premiered her short documentary, "Apuntes para el futuro" (Notes for the Future), at FICValdivia. "La vida que vendrá" (The Life to Come) (2025) is her second feature-length documentary.
